It has been said in therapy circles, “You can only become as healthy as your therapist has become.”  I think there is some truth to this.  I have been privileged to have been a client of some very special people who were my therapists; and I am so grateful to them for the insight and wisdom they have shared with me.

I began my own therapy journey at the age of 20; when I was depressed and could not look forward to the future with any degree of hopefulness.  I spent much of my 20’s and 30’s trying to figure out what would make me happy and how I could find it.  My 40’s were focused on marriage and family and how to balance that with a career.    I learned how to be more flexible and still remain true to myself.

I can happily report my life is working well for me and I have created my dreams.

If you want a guide or mentor to help you figure out what would make you happy and how to achieve it, or coach you and your spouse to improve the marriage you are in, therapy is an appropriate process to consider.
